Advertisement for Conference book has to be sent no later than 11th of October.
Advertising terms:
- Size – B5, 170 x 240 mm
- Bleed – 5mm every side
- Format – printable vector-PDF
Advertisement for Conference bag has to be in Dorpat Conference center no later than 24th of October 5PM.
Criteria:
- 1 ad per Company
- Must not be heavier than 40g and bigger than A4
- If you wish to put something else (except paper ads) in to the bag (f.e. powerbanks, USB sticks etc) then please contact Liis Uusaed (Conference exhibition manager) via e-mail konverents@vet.ee
- There will be 450 Conference bags, 220 are meant for veterinarians and 230 for other participants.
PHARMACEUTICAL AND ADVERTISING LAW REUIREMENTS FOR ADVERTISEMENT MATERIALS
Advertisement of prescription drugs active ingredients can be used only if it is clearly neutral and does not conflict with Medicines and Advertisement acts. When in doubt the Agency of Medicine has advised to contact them. Advertising of prescription drugs in the Conference book is not permitted!
Exhibition can be set up:
24th of October from 6PM to 9PM
25th of October from 8AM to 9AM
Exhibition can be taken down:
26th of October from 2:30PM to 6PM
PS! We ask to stop taking exhibition down if there are Conference visitors in the Exhibition area. Lectures end at 5PM.
